Salary: $164,900 - 223,100 per year Requirements:

• We require a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• We require 10 or more years of engineering experience.
• We require at least 5 years of experience working on mission systems.
• We prefer experience with fighter aircraft.
• We prefer experience working with government customers.
• This role requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance, with U.S. citizenship required.
• We require the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program clearance.
• We require U.S. export control eligibility as a U.S. Person.
• We do not sponsor employment visa status for this position.
• A bachelors degree or equivalent is required.
• Successful candidates must complete our conflict of interest assessment process.

• We manage the technical baseline, including mission systems configuration, technical performance measures, architecture diagrams, and risk and opportunity assessments.
• We resolve emerging technical issues promptly and escalate concerns to management and program leadership when needed.
• We investigate System Anomaly Reports with Mission Systems to help ensure a high-quality deliverable.
• We collaborate with technical experts and teammates to support creativity, meet program goals, and strengthen customer confidence.
• We ensure development estimates reflect the correct scope and complexity.
