Looking for an opportunity to grow with a Fortune 100 financial company ? We're hiring a Mortgage Closer I to support the mortgage closing process from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for candidates with administrative, clerical, banking, or mortgage-related experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong eye for detail. You'll work closely with closing agents, real estate professionals, and internal teams to help ensure loans close accurately and on time.
What You'll Do
✅ Prepare and review mortgage closing packages
✅ Verify loan documentation and closing requirements
✅ Coordinate with settlement agents, attorneys, and internal partners
✅ Resolve documentation issues and discrepancies
✅ Calculate and verify loan figures and disbursements
✅ Ensure loans meet regulatory and company requirements
✅ Maintain accurate records and prepare files for post-closing review

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.44 - $18.44/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
