About the Role

As a Globe Life Insurance Agent, you will own the complete sales cycle. You'll proactively reach out to potential clients via phone and video, expertly explain our comprehensive insurance products, and guide prospects through the application and enrollment journey. This role is designed for motivated individuals who thrive on independence and are eager to make a significant impact.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with prospective clients through outbound calls and video engagements.
• Clearly articulate the value and features of Globe Life insurance products.
• Build strong rapport and trust with clients over virtual channels.
• Manage your sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
• Guide clients through the application process and ensure a smooth enrollment.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Compensation

This role offers significant earning potential through a commission-based structure. Successful agents can expect to earn between $80,000 and $200,000 annually, with unlimited upside based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must possess a mobile device and reliable home internet access.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust remotely.
• Strong organizational and pipeline management abilities.
